Couples seeking rustic charm
The stay was quite memorable, the air conditioning was fantastic! especially in this hot weather! The owner was very accommodating and let us keep our bags after checkout, allowing us to roam the streets without worrying about our luggage.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, really.

the palazzo had a certain charm, but with a broken shower handle and a staircase leading to a wall, one must wonder about their attention to detail. as a special guest, I expected a complimentary bottle of wine to ease the incredibly uncomfortable ambiance. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

spacious room, excellent canal view, daily free water bottles
The shower is tiny!!! Hot water inconsistency is frustrating!!! Additionally, the curtains fail to block out the streetlights, making early mornings a struggle!!! A little more attention to these details would elevate the experience!!!

The location was fantastic – just minutes away from iconic sites and close to a waterbus stop, making island hopping easy. The spacious room provided plenty of comfort for our family, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, which was slightly inconvenient.

Checking in was a breeze, and our room was so spacious with comfy bedding that we slept like babies. I really enjoyed the little kitchenette for morning snacks and relaxing in the peaceful lounge area. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 30warm hospitalityspacious roomlimited amenitiesinconvenient stairsno on-site restaurant
The warm hospitality really stood out, and early self-check-in made it convenient to settle in. The spacious room offered comfort and a lovely view of a canal. Although the amenities felt limited, the location stayed vibrant without the usual crowds, making exploration easy. Dining options nearby were delightful, especially the homemade Belgian waffles that were a highlight. However, the lack of a restaurant within the premises was notable, and a couple of stairs made accessing the room slightly inconvenient.
